On March 25, 2026, the 307000-ton new-generation super-large oil tanker "Junwang" independently developed, designed and built by China Shipbuilding Dalian Shipbuilding was successfully delivered ahead of schedule. The ship is large in size, about 333 meters long and 60 meters wide, with a deck area of more than 18000 square meters. The height from the bottom of the ship to the cab is close to 20 floors. The total painting area is equivalent to 76 standard football fields. In terms of technical performance, the "Junwang" wheel has achieved a number of innovations, including the use of a 6-cylinder main engine, and the targeted integration of high-efficiency propellers, pre-propeller energy-saving devices, integrated design of vortex fins, and exhaust gas desulfurization devices, which have significantly improved The comprehensive energy-saving effect and environmental protection level of the ship are expected to save about 35 million yuan in fuel costs each year. In addition, the ship's port and waterway have good applicability. Under the design draft of 20.5 meters, its crude oil loading capacity exceeds 2 million barrels, which indicates that my country has made important progress in the field of independent research and development of super-large oil tankers and green shipbuilding.
