China Communications Shanghai Harbor Bureau Dahua Technology Company showcased multiple technological innovation achievements at the Marine Expo.
The 2026 China Ocean Economy Expo was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao’an New Hall) from October 22 to 24. Shanghai Dahua Surveying and Mapping Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dahua Technology), a subsidiary of CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd., was invited to participate. They showcased the Hailing series unmanned surface vessels and intelligent marine surveying solutions, demonstrating technological innovations and advanced achievements in marine surveying, mapping, and digitalization.
At the exhibition site, Dahua Technology presented its core products such as the Hailing series unmanned boats, the mapping cloud platform, intelligent channel solutions, underwater 3D visualization construction solutions, and dredging engineering settlement monitoring robots through physical displays, video demonstrations, and on-site explanations. These attracted many industry experts and participants to stop by for observation and in-depth exchanges.

The "Hailing 01" unmanned survey vessel garnered widespread attention. This vessel uses a trailing suction hopper dredger as its mother ship and adopts an all-electric propulsion design, fully embodying the concept of green and low-carbon development. The vessel features a catamaran and deep "V"-shaped hull design, capable of adapting to the ever-changing coastal construction environment with wind and waves. It possesses comprehensive surface environment sensing capabilities, enabling autonomous obstacle avoidance, navigation, and independent execution of complex surveying tasks without manual control. It is an intelligent and unmanned surveying tool tailored for the dredging industry. The vessel can be used for channel dredging monitoring, island and reef shoreline mapping, hydrographic surveys, hydrological observations, and more. It supports the rapid replacement of various surveying equipment, enabling multi-task payloads and multi-mode operations with advantages in intelligence, automation, and eco-friendliness. In practical engineering, the unmanned survey vessel can be directly hoisted, deployed, and recovered by the trailing suction hopper dredger, accompanying the dredging fleet at sea without the need for additional support vessels. This significantly enhances the efficiency and data quality of surveying operations, making it particularly suitable for offshore and international dredging projects associated with the Belt and Road Initiative.

By participating in this exhibition, Dahua Technology fully leveraged the platform of this prestigious industry event to showcase its independent innovation capabilities and comprehensive service strengths in the fields of marine surveying, mapping, and digitalization. Looking ahead, Dahua Technology will continue to utilize its expertise in surveying and information engineering, rely on intelligent equipment such as the Beidou system and unmanned vessels, delve deeper into marine development, and tackle key technologies in marine surveying and mapping. Through technological innovation, it aims to serve the national strategy of building a strong maritime nation and contribute the strength of central enterprises to the high-quality development of the marine economy.
