Linking the World, Gathering in Fengtai: The 2026 99 Global Supply Chain Festival Grand Opening

On September 8, the opening ceremony of the 11th 99 Global Supply Chain Festival and the Fengtai Open Development Conference were grandly held at Beijing Garden Expo Park. Over 2,000 representatives from more than 1,800 domestic and international industrial chain and supply chain enterprises, business organizations, governments, associations, and embassies from 32 countries and regions gathered together for this grand event. With all attending guests as witnesses, Guolian Shares officially launched the 11th 99 Global Supply Chain Festival online collective procurement.

Distinguished Speakers

Jiang Zengwei, Chairman of the Global Alliance for Trade in Services; Cai Jin, Party Secretary and President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; Wang Shaofeng, Party Secretary of the CPC Fengtai District Committee; Khalil Hashmi, Pakistani Ambassador to China; Paulette Bethel, Bahamian Ambassador to China; and Telesphore Irambona, Burundian Ambassador to China (on behalf of the AU rotating chair) delivered speeches at the conference.

Online Collective Procurement Launch

At the venue, the two founders of Guolian Shares: Chairman Liu Quan and CEO Qian Xiaojun, joined by Zhou Tongwei, Deputy Party Secretary and Acting District Mayor of Fengtai; Wang Zhiwu, Deputy Party Secretary and Division Commander of the 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; and Cai Jin, Party Secretary and President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, collectively launched the 99 Global Supply Chain Festival online collective procurement.

Fengtai Open Development Promotion

During the Fengtai Open Development Promotion segment, Zhou Tongwei, Deputy Party Secretary and Acting District Mayor of Fengtai, delivered a compelling presentation on Fengtai's open development strategy, the industrial positioning of the Lize Business District, core carrier supporting facilities, and global investment cooperation opportunities. Several major projects were announced and launched on-site, including the Southern Countries Maritime Service Center, the Global Alliance for Trade in Services Digital Economy Committee, and the AI Global Digital Intelligence Application (1+2) new system.

Multiple landmark cooperation projects were signed, including: strategic cooperation between Fengtai District and CATL; cross-border AI community agreement; series cooperation between Fengtai Cultural Tourism Group and China Development Bank Beijing Branch; strategic cooperation between Linghang Group and EgyptAir; and centralized signing of the Pakistan-China Business Center and Kazakhstan-China Business Center dual platforms.

Project Signing and Key Project Releases

During the project signing and key project release segment, the Duduo Platform signed on-site: 20 regional industrial digitalization co-construction projects, 29 digital cloud factory projects, 59 digital supply chain collaboration projects, 46 industrial chain/supply chain enterprise cooperation agreements, 35 cross-border overseas enterprise cooperation projects, 13 domestic industry association and international organization strategic cooperation projects, and 12 key special releases. The Guolian Shares Duduo Platform, together with industry association and industrial chain enterprise representatives, presented plaques to 162 outstanding partner enterprises.
