蛋黄颜色由脂溶性色素在卵形成期间沉积到蛋黄中，这些色素主要是类胡萝卜素，如叶黄素、玉米黄素、β-胡萝卜素等，鸡自身没有合成这些色素的能力，必须由饲料摄取。
Egg yolk color is determined by the deposition of fat-soluble pigments during egg formation, primarily carotenoids such as lutein, zeaxanthin and β-carotene. Chickens lack the ability to synthesize these pigments themselves and must obtain them through feed.
富含天然类胡萝卜素的饲料原料主要有:优质玉米、玉米蛋白粉、青绿饲料等。
Feed ingredients rich in natural carotenoids mainly include: high-quality corn, corn gluten meal, and green forage.
本系列产品富含β，β-胡萝卜素-4，4-二酮、β-阿朴-8'-胡萝卜素乙酯、玉米淀粉等。
