Steam Flaked Corn is a high-value energy-dense feed ingredient produced through a modern thermo-mechanical processing method. The core technology involves steam conditioning whole corn under high temperature and pressure, followed by instant flaking through rollers. 2. Processing Technology

Cleaning & Steam Conditioning: Selected high-quality corn is cleaned and then transferred to a steam chamber, where it is treated with saturated steam (100-110°C) for 15-60 minutes. This hydrates and gelatinizes the starch granules.

Flaking: The softened, gelatinized kernels are immediately passed through a pair of preheated, counter-rotating rollers. They are flattened into thin, uniform flakes with a target density of 0.32-0.45 kg/L and a thickness of 0.7-1.5 mm.
