一般PVC热变形温度80度，如果超过110度，会变得很不稳定，分解加快，到了150-160度就会融化。但是为什么有PVC热水袋呢？因为PVC的热水袋相对橡胶热水袋，味道没那么大，而且制作出来外观比橡胶有更好光亮度，手感也是比较良好。所以与橡胶热水袋相比各有优势。沸水的温度也就100摄氏度左右，对经制作后的PVC材质的影响基本没有，而且一般情况下使用尽量不要使用刚沸腾的水因为太烫也很容易烫伤皮肤。现在合格的PVC热水，都是添加入诸如复合热稳定剂等助剂，配合适当的工艺制作，其制品的热稳定性会大大提高。
